STOTT PILATES Workshops
Designed for Pilates instructors and fitness professionals, all introductory and continuing education workshops qualify for STOTT PILATES CECs. Workshops range from 90 minutes to six hours and integrate the STOTT Pilates Five Basic Principles along with cueing, modifying, and correcting techniques.
Workshops cover Matwork, Light Equipment, Large Equipment, Special Populations, Specialty topics, and Lecture-based learning. All content is designed to expand teaching skillsets and enhance programming for clients of all levels.

Continuing Education Requirements
Annual completion of 0.6 CECs (6 hours) is required to maintain STOTT PILATES certification. Up to 0.2 CECs (2 hours) may be approved for exercise science and related workshops.
