Who Is Permitted to Use STOTT PILATES Images?
Permission is granted only to:
- STOTT PILATES Certified Instructors
- STOTT PILATES Corporate Training Centers
- STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Centers
- Qualified STOTT PILATES Equipment Customers
- Accredited Media
Note: Use of STOTT PILATES photography is unauthorized unless prior written approval is received.
Important: All users must comply with the Marketing & Communications Guidelines and the Photography Request Procedure.
Sizes & Formats
Larger images are provided as JPEG files to ensure faster download speeds. Smaller images remain in original EPS format, and all images are provided as ZIP files for stability. Macintosh computers recognize ZIP files and will extract them automatically.
Mandatory Marketing & Communications Approval Process
6 Easy Steps to Get Your Materials Approved
- Submit early. Early submissions allow time for suggested edits before finalizing design.
- Use low-resolution images first. Use the preview images from the Media Section when creating initial layouts.

Review required documents.
Read and sign the Photography Request Procedure & Intellectual Property Checklist and review the Marketing & Communications Guidelines. - Allow 5–10 business days. This time is required for proper review and feedback.
- Make necessary updates. Submit updated versions after receiving feedback.
- Receive final approval. After approval, you will receive the username and password to download high-resolution images.
