Master Instructor Trainer, Moira Merrithew, together with President and CEO of STOTT PILATES® Lindsay G. Merrithew and a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, has spent more than a decade refining the STOTT PILATES® method of exercise and equipment. This resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, making it safer and more effective. Master Instructor Trainer PJ O’Clair is the owner of Northeast Pilates, New England’s largest STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Center with locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. PJ is a certified fitness professional (ACSM & ACE) and continuing education provider with over 25 years of experience and an internationally sought-after instructor and presenter.
