On Wednesday, January 4, Moira made a special appearance on City tv's Breakfast Television promoting the new Kellogg's Toning Ball Workout Collection by STOTT PILATES.

Exercise of the Month


Obliques Prep with Toning Ball

Be certain to warm up before exercising. Read these important cautions

starting position. inhale, nod head [not shown]

exhale, curl upper body

inhale, lower down to starting position



WARM UP FIRST
Remember to start your workout with a warm-up. For a detailed description of warm-up exercises visit stottpilates.com/warmup .

STARTING POSITION
1 Lying on back on mat. Feet hip-distance apart, hands behind head. Holding one Toning Ball between knees. Spine neutral, neither arched nor flattened.



EXERCISE
2 INHALE Slightly nod head

3 EXHALE Curl upper body off mat, rotating left shoulder to right knee. Keep elbows wide and lower back and legs still.

4 INHALE Lower down to starting position.

Complete 5-8 repetitions
alternating sides.
