This is to ensure STOTT PILATES is maintaining and recording all of your personal continuing education credits. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately. You have until December 15, 2008 to accumulate your 0.6 CECs for 2008.

Begin with the front of your body in one long line facing the Mat. Hands should be shoulder-width apart. Ensure that spine and pelvis are neutral. Keep legs extended, adducted and parallel with weight on the balls of your feet.


EXERCISE

INHALE
for three counts, flex elbows more with each inhale as you lower your torso towards the Mat.

3

EXHALE
for one count and extend elbows back to starting position

Complete 3-6 repetitions

EXERCISE

INHALE
for three counts, flexing your elbows more with each inhale as you lower torso to towards the Mat.

EXHALE
for one count and extend elbows back to starting position

Complete 3-6 repetitions
