Side Leg Lifts with the Fitness Circle Resistance Ring
STARTING POSITION
Lie on your side in a straight line with your head resting on the bottom arm. Place the Fitness Circle Resistance Ring on the floor with both feet inside the Circle.
EXERCISE
To prepare, INHALE ...
EXHALE Tighten abdominals and press the top ankle against the Fitness Circle ring.
INHALE Release tension on the Fitness Circle ring.
Complete 5-8 repetitions.
