Exercises can be done standing, kneeling, sitting, side-lying, supine or prone. This wall-mounted, versatile piece of equipment features ten height options for attaching springs or resistance tubing. The backbone of this unique unit is a sturdy backing board constructed of Baltic Birch with numbered eyehooks studded down its length. Spring Wall comes equipped with a full complement of springs, handles and a roll-down bar engineered for strenuous exercise. The nickel-plated, heat-treated springs ensure the durability and integrity of tension over time.
