SPINAL, PELVIC & SCAPULAR STABILIZATION ON EQUIPMENT: STOTT PILATES Master Instructor Trainers Moira Merrithew and Melanie Byford-Young will demonstrate the most appropriate exercises for various rehabilitation needs. You will develop your client’s spinal, pelvic, and scapular stability while working on muscle recruitment using the Cadillac, Stability Chair and Barrels. This functional repertoire offers exercise options in sitting, standing and kneeling positions and allows for deep specificity with any joint or movement pattern.

SPINAL, PELVIC & SCAPULAR STABILIZATION WITH REFORMER & VERTICAL FRAME: Learn how a mindful selection of exercises, cues, and levels of resistance can specifically target each type of muscle and achieve optimal results.
