Commercial Equipment Limited Warranties

1. WARRANTY FOR THE STOTT PILATES REFORMERS AND REFORMER ACCESSORIES INCLUDING: Professional, Rehab, Group SPX™, Group SPX™ Max, Group SPX Max Plus™, At Home SPX™, Rack & Roll®, V2 Max Plus™ and V2 Max Plus™ Rehab models

STOTT PILATES warrants that all new Reformer products are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will, at its option, repair or replace any of the parts listed below, provided that these part(s) fail due to a defect in workmanship or materials.

  • aluminum rails
  • components of the frame and related welding
  • footbar mechanism

TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will, at its option, repair or replace any part that fails for any reason, provided such failure is reported to STOTT PILATES within a period of two years from the invoice date of the original purchase.

This warranty applies to STOTT PILATES Reformers only:

  1. While it remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
  2. If it has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or non-STOTT PILATES modification.
  3. If claims are made within the warranty period.
  4. If upgrades are made as required by STOTT PILATES.

This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of the Reformer, or shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable) or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

2. WARRANTY FOR THE STOTT PILATES CADILLAC TRAPEZE TABLE

STOTT PILATES warrants that all new Cadillac products are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subjected to the terms below. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will, at its option, repair or replace any of the parts listed below, provided that these part(s) fail due to a defect in workmanship or materials.

  • vertical bars and overhead frame
  • components of the frame and related welding

TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will, at its option, repair or replace any part that fails for any reason, provided such failure is reported to STOTT PILATES within a period of two years from the invoice date of the original purchase.

This warranty applies to the STOTT PILATES Cadillac Trapeze Table only:

  1. While it remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
  2. If it has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or non-STOTT PILATES modification.
  3. If claims are made within the warranty period.
  4. If upgrades are made as required by STOTT PILATES.

This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of the Cadillac Trapeze Table, or shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable) or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

3. WARRANTY FOR STOTT PILATES BARRELS AND STABILITY CHAIRS

STOTT PILATES warrants that all new products are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase.

THREE (3) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will, at its option, repair or replace any part that fails for any reason within a period of three years from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to STOTT PILATES Stability Chair and Barrels only:

  1. While it remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
  2. If it has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or non-STOTT PILATES modification.
  3. If claims are made within the warranty period.
  4. If upgrades are made as required by STOTT PILATES.

This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of STOTT PILATES Stability Chairs and/or Barrels, or shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable) or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

4. WARRANTY FOR UPHOLSTERY ON STOTT PILATES EQUIPMENT

90-DAY FABRIC WARRANTY

The upholstery fabric on your STOTT PILATES equipment will be replaced if it fails to give normal wear for 90 days after delivery. Proof of damage may be required. This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, or damages caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, STOTT PILATES will provide an equivalent fabric.

5. WARRANTY FOR STOTT PILATES FITNESS CIRCLE® RESISTANCE RING

TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will repair or replace at its option any defect resulting from normal wear, provided that it is not due to negligence or misuse and provided such defect is reported to STOTT PILATES within a period of two years from the invoice date of the original purchase. The warranty excludes scratches to the finish of the band or molded latex‑free grips.

This warranty applies to STOTT PILATES Fitness Circle equipment only:

  1. While it remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
  2. If it has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or non-STOTT PILATES modification.
  3. If claims are made within the warranty period.
  4. If upgrades are made as required by STOTT PILATES.

This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of STOTT PILATES equipment, or shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable) or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions.

6. WARRANTY FOR THE STOTT PILATES SPRING WALL

STOTT PILATES warrants that all new Spring Wall products are free of manufacturing defects
in workmanship and materials, subject to the terms below. Parts repaired or replaced under
the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty peri-
od.This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase.

TWO [2] YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

STOTT PILATES will, at its option, repair or replace any part that fails for any reason, provid-
ed such failure is reported to STOTT PILATES within a period of two years from the invoice
date of the original purchase.

This warranty applies to the STOTT PILATES Spring Wall only:

  1. While it remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated
  2. If it has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or non- STOTT PILATES modification
  3. If claims are made within the warranty period
  4. If upgrades are made as required by STOTT PILATES This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of the Spring Wall, shipping charges, customs clearance fees (if applicable) or any costs incurred in installing repaired or replacement parts shipped under the provisions of this warranty.

7. WARRANTY FOR THE STOTT PILATES WALL UNIT

STOTT PILATES warrants that all new Wall Unit products are free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, subjected to the terms below. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty becomes effective at the invoice date of the original purchase.
