The 19" Rotataional Disk can be used to target the lateral flexors or the rotators of the spine, either to move the spine into those ranges or to stabilize it. The disk is used by placing both hands, both feet or both knees upon it, and can be used to help develop balance and strength.
Made of Baltic birch with non-slip strips. (Sold in singles).
