Rotational Disks
|

The 10" and 12" Rotational Disks are used by placing each hand on one or
each foot on one disk. In this way the rotator either around the shoulder joint
or the rotators around the hip joint are targeted. Users can be challenged to
mobilize the joint in question into rotation or they can be challenged to
stabilize and prevent rotation.
Made of Baltic birch with non-slip strips. Sold in pairs. Available in 10" and 12" diameter
