TORONTO, September 13, 2007
After joining forces with NYSC at their Reade Street location in Tribeca earlier this year, the fully-equipped STOTT PILATES® Studio and Training Center in New York City will be host to a series of exclusive workshops led by STOTT PILATES co-founder Moira Merrithew from September 21-23, 2007.
This exciting weekend will feature instruction and demonstration of new programming material on the newly released and revolutionary V2 Max Plus Reformer.
“Unlike other clubs that offer regular Pilates programming, NYSC Tribeca is immersed in a professional instruction and training environment, providing members with the most extensive repertoire of techniques and equipment this industry has ever seen,” said Lindsay G. Merrithew, President and CEO, STOTT PILATES. “Moira’s upcoming workshops will be an invaluable contribution to both the Pilates and mainstream fitness communities as we know it.”
The V2 Max Plus has an innovative vertical frame pulley system that emulates the free, multi-dimensional movement of daily life by accommodating three-dimensional range of motion, offering countless sport-specific and cross-training exercises.
“We couldn't be more excited to have Moira Merrithew leading an educational weekend of workshops for our staff at NYSC," said Sabrina Sarabella, Acting Group Exercise Director, TSI. "With the variety of education that STOTT PILATES offers, our trainers and group exercise instructors will be able to absorb innovative techniques and challenging workouts they can bring back to our members.”
The NYSC Tribeca is the sister training location to the STOTT PILATES International Certification Center in Toronto. The workshops will also include the intense Foam Roller Challenge, Matwork for Men, and Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer. |
