from its award-winning video library, the largest single collection of pilates instructional media in the
world.
Loaded with extras, exercise enthusiasts will now get even more value out of their STOTT PILATES
home workouts.
These 12 new DVDs will mark the end of the retail DVD conversion project with the entire retail
STOTT PILATES catalogue now available on both VHS and DVD format.
Each DVD includes:

- Single exercises broken down by chapters for easy reference
- Option of doing the workout with music only
- Try the next level of your workout
- Biographical information on instructors
