Comprehensive Matwork & Reformer - CMRLearn the biomechanical principles of STOTT PILATES exercises and their application to the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) Matwork and Reformer repertoire. This course teaches you to design, teach and modify Essential and Intermediate level classes, integrating small equipment to add variety and to meet the specific needs of your clients.
