Pilates Trainers wanted at Sports Resort

Decathlon Club in Santa Clara, California is currently accepting applications for full-time Pilates Instructors. This position provides safe, creative, and encouraging private Pilates instruction as well as group Matwork and Reformer classes. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Provide top-quality safe, creative, inviting and encouraging private Pilates instruction, as well as group Matwork and Reformer classes • Deliver an exceptional experience to members, guests and fellow employees • Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate • Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training • Schedule varies and requires weekend and holiday hours, evening and day shifts •

Requirements include:

STOTT PILATES Fully Certified Instructor
Full certification includes Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels and ISP
Minimum 2 years teaching experience
Minimum two years fitness industry experience; dance, performance art or sports background preferred
True passion for the art and science of Pilates and people
Proven leadership skills, strong interpersonal and management skills,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities
Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
Self-motivated, takes initiative and willing to acquire new skills; sales savvy
Well organized and detail oriented
Proficient in basic computer skills
Commitment to company values
Bachelors degree in health related field preferred
