CORE Balance & Strength on the Big Blue Stability Cushion™
with John Garey
This engaging and challenging new workout, created by the Merrithew Health & Fitness™ team, features a large Stability Cushion™ balance disk and a pair of secured hand weights. The combination of these props together results in movements that are ideal for athletic training or functional fitness. The cushion provides an unstable base that helps activate the deep support muscles of the torso while the small hand weights incorporate peripheral resistance to movements of the arms and upper body. STOTT PILATES® principles are applied in this fitness-based workout that will provide fun and variety – and a little extra challenge to any routine. |

STOTT PILATES® Athletic Conditioning for Strength & Agility on the Mat
with John Garey
Sometimes all you need is a mat to get an intense full-body workout. This routine, developed exclusively by the Merrithew Health & Fitness™ team, demonstrates how to create dynamic movement sequences that take full advantage of the body’s own weight and gravity. These moves are guaranteed to develop ultimate strength and stability particularly through the core, including the lumbo-pelvic region. The workout features an intense abdominal series, sequences with rotation and mobilization as well as a section dedicated to front and side planks. Let this energetic routine boost your stamina, power and control. |

ZEN•GA™ Flowing Sequences
with PJ O’Clair
A moving meditation, this mindful workout combines elements of dance and Yoga while incorporating the foundational principles of the STOTT PILATES® method of exercise. The workout, exclusively crafted by the Merrithew Health & Fitness™ team, promises to increase circulation, stimulate the central nervous system, and improve flexibility all while strengthening the mind-body connection. The fluid floor-based sequences feature a greater focus on core strength, balance and coordination. If you’d like to have the grace of a dancer, with the power of a warrior, this workout is definitely for you. |

ZEN•GA Fluid Conditioning with the Mini Stability Ball™

This fluid dynamic workout, created by the Merrithew Health & Fitness™ team, includes movements from Yoga, traditional fitness and the STOTT PILATES® method of exercise. The unstable nature of the Mini Stability Ball™ brings awareness to the deep stabilizing muscles of the body throughout this flowing workout. Combining balance, strength and fluid mindful movement, this routine will bring a sense of composure to any group or personal training environment. |
