Sally Belanger
Based out of STOTT PILATES’ head office in Toronto, Sally is the Project Specialist for Education. She is a Master Instructor Trainer, who has travelled extensively as a presenter around the globe, applying her expertise to demonstrating the STOTT PILATES methodology and programs. She graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario with a degree in Physical and Health Education, and is certified as an Ace Personal Trainer as well as a Certified Fitness Consultant in association with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists. With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, Sally has coached elite athletes from a variety of disciplines perfecting their game while reducing their likelihood of injury. |

Jennifer Dahl
As a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor Trainer, Jennifer brings her abundant energy to the Corporate Training Center in Toronto. A highly-regarded instructor, she teaches courses, examines students for certification and presents workshops in Canada and internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, and is also a graduate from the School of Toronto Dance Theatre. Jennifer continues to work as a professional dancer and choreographer in conjunction with her Pilates career, and has performed across Canada with numerous dance and theatre companies. |

As Program Director of Education and Master Instructor Trainer for STOTT PILATES®, Stefania Della Pia oversees the growth of the Instructor Trainer program and global implementation of training and certification programs. In addition to teaching Pilates for the past decade, she has represented the company internationally in more than 14 countries as a presenter, trainer and examiner. Laureen DuBeau
Communications Director, Education for STOTT PILATES, Laureen is an integral member of a dynamic team responsible for the global development and implementation of training and certification programs. Her spirited approach to teaching has made Laureen a vibrant international presenter, trainer and examiner. She began teaching Pilates in 1995 and is now a Master Instructor Trainer. Laureen is a featured performer in several STOTT PILATES DVDs, the associate editor of numerous teaching manuals, and an author of articles in several industry publications. Laureen studied Dance and Physical Education at York University in Toronto where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. |

Sarah Jarvis
Sarah Jarvis began teaching aerobics and weight training classes while finishing her degree in Business Administration at the University of Windsor. She started teaching fitness classes, working in sales and managing a club, and soon discovered STOTT PILATES® exercise. Intrigued by the method and the ability to strengthen and refocus the mind and body, she made the transition from the high-impact training world. Sarah completed her STOTT PILATES Full Certification in 2004 and began working at the STOTT PILATES Corporate Training Center in Toronto, joining the STOTT PILATES Education team as Programming Coordinator. As an Instructor Trainer and presenter for STOTT PILATES, Sarah continues to witness the impact that the program has made all over the world. |

As a STOTT PILATES® Lead Instructor Trainer, Wayne has worked in the fitness industry for more than 10 years and is a recognized leader in his field. Based at the STOTT PILATES Corporate Training Center in Toronto, this high-energy Australian native is a featured performer in several award-winning workout videos and has traveled around the world to present workshops and teach the STOTT PILATES method. Wayne received his Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland, Australia and is currently completing a Masters of Science (Physiotherapy) at McMaster University, Canada. Carol Tricoche
Carol Tricoche plays an instrumental role identifying new sales perspectives, sales strategies and driving business growth by working with customer facilities, as well as STOTT PILATES® business partners; Distributors and Licensed Training Centers. Prior to joining the Company, Carol spent five years as the Group Exercise/Pilates Director at the Claremont Club in California where she pioneered a successful Pilates program which continues to thrive today. During her time there, she gained invaluable experience and expertise in implementing Pilates programs from the ground up. She has 17 years experience in the health and fitness industry and is also the former Owner/Operator of Make It Happen Health and Fitness Personal Training Studio in Covina, California. Stéphane André
French born Stéphane André is a graduate of the Paris' Conservatoire Supérieur National de Danse and has been a professional dancer since 1989 performing throughout North America, Canada, Europe and Asia. In 2003 Stéphane became the first native French STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer. Improving the quality of life for his clients and students is his passion, which has enabled him to work with leading figures in the fitness industry as well as neuro-muscular and osteopathy professionals worldwide. |

Michaela Bimbi-Dresp
Beginning in early childhood, Michaela studied dance in her native Germany and throughout Europe. While spending time in the US, she received ACE Certifications as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and taught classes including step-aerobics, kickboxing, and senior fitness. She then completed her STOTT PILATES® Certification in New York and the UK. In 2002, Michaela became owner and operator of PilatesbodyEK,the first STOTT PILATES® Certification Center in Munich, Germany. Michaela has appeared in several TV programs including Pilates, Fitness and Health and completed a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Freie Universität, West-Berlin. |

A Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and former dancer, performer and choreographer, Jo-Anne first discovered Pilates in New York while pursuing her Masters of Arts degree at NYU. Melanie graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Kim has built a very impressive reputation as an expert and leader in the health and wellness industry. Francisca Llabres
Francisca started her classical ballet studies in Palma de Mallorca before moving to Barcelona to continue her education in contemporary and jazz studies. Throughout her travels with various dance companies, she has been exposed to several mind-body techniques including Do-ing, Yoga, and Feldenkrais. In 2001, she began her STOTT PILATES® education in Toronto and is now a Certified Instructor Trainer. Jodi Solie
Jodi Solie is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and Licensed Training Centre owner and director as well as an ACE and Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer. After becoming Regina’s first certified instructor in 2000, Jodi founded Regina’s first Pilates studio in 2001. Jodi has now established her studio as the only STOTT PILATES Licensed Training Centre in Saskatchewan. A leader in the fitness industry for over 27 years, Jill Winegar received her degree from the University of Minnesota in 1983 and returned to school in 1994 to complete her pre-requisites for entry to the University’s Physical Therapy Program. Jill is a faculty member at the University of Minnesota’s Dance Dept. and holds certifications as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, kettlebell instructor, and STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer. Born in Stockholm, Sweden, Beatriz received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Dance Stockholm.
