Video Sales Representative, Inside Sales

The full-time Video Sales Representative will play an important role in the daily responsibilities of our video sales department. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a team player and possess the ability to provide superb customer sales and service support.

The successful candidate will have:

• a college diploma

• three years of phone sales and customer sales and service experience.

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office are required, with Filemaker Pro as an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proficient planning and organizational skills are a must.

• Bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.

• Fielding, following-up and fulfilling customer sales, inquiries and information requests made through telephone and e-mail

• Calculating shipping rates on web and phone orders

• Maintaining the internal shipping rates database;

• Completing all data entry requirements related to customer activity and trade show leads; 

• Collating and distributing sales support material

• Assisting with the development/compilation of information packages and the fulfillment of product services as required; 

• Providing input on how to enhance the retail section of the website; 

• Contacting new customers / leads in various channels of business (ie. Health food stores, ballet shops, etc.).

• Completing other projects as assigned.
