Experience:

Solid understanding of the fitness industry and sales process

Sales and client relationship management experience

Exceptional communication with a proven track record of building and establishing long-term relationships

Genuine drive and enthusiasm to succeed in achieving goals
-
Background in the Health/Fitness industry as either an experienced Membership Sales Manager or Club Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic planning & budgeting
-
Perform cost-benefit analysis developing studio revenue goals and prepares budget reports against these goals

Accountable for the development and execution of all elements of the Studio marketing/sales plan including coordinating studio advertising, promotions, media relations, and direct mail lists etc.

Develops & implements marketing plan
-
Develops & implements strategies for revenue generation & customer retention
-
Initiates external sales calls/initiatives/campaigns
-
Handles inbound sales calls to promote the studio and increase business
-
Cross promotions with companies in the area
-
Researches, recommends & coordinates new programming opportunities and completes required marketing (e.g. newsletters, magazines, internet, etc) for these programming opportunities

Develops and implements instructor incentive program with assistance from studio supervisor
-
Identifies, researches, develops & completes relevant studio media relations, special events, studio promotions & advertising campaigns
-
Handles any escalated customer relations calls associated with the studio
-
Approves instructor, Instructor-trainer & apprentice scheduling
-
Performs annual reviews for all instructors
