Education Coordinator, Internal


Reports to:

Director, Education Services


Position Overview:

Responsible for the day-to-day sales, client/student services, and administrative activities associated with STOTT PILATES certification courses and workshops held at our busy certification studio in Toronto.

Required Skills:

  • Degree or Diploma in an exercise related field is an asset

  • Direct sales and customer service experience

  • Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task


Major responsibilities include:

  • Proactively sell STOTT PILATES fitness certification courses and workshops through client visits, telephone and email activity,

  • Act as a client/student resource/liason for inquiries regarding courses, schedules, fees and course material

  • Schedule and maintain all internal courses and workshops including Instructor Trainers, course materials and studio space requirements

  • Manage course and workshop database information to include student and instructor information, education quotations and orders

  • Process applications and course deposits and payments

  • Analyze the current market in order to plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase client/student enrolment and participation
