Position Overview:
								Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will develop, manage and execute marketing communications programs to support business objectives: strategic plans, brand development and stewardship, electronic marketing, collateral material, direct mail, print advertising, promotions, sales support materials, internal/external communications and media relations.

Relevant degree

8+ years experience in a similar role 
									 - 
										
Strong project management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects and move easily from strategy to implementation 
									 - 
										
Strong brand development and management experience 
									 - 
										
Excellent analytical and critical thinking 
									 - 
										
Strong presentation and writing skills 
									 - 
										
Proven experience building, managing and motivating an in-house creative department and team of marketing communications professionals

										Major responsibilities include:

Recommend and utilize customer/marketing analysis tools and techniques to develop marketing programs that add value to customers’ lives, careers and businesses in support of corporate revenue and growth objectives

Identify, establish and manage brand-building and revenue-building partnerships and alliances 
									 - 
										
Initiate, manage and ensure timely execution of all marketing communications strategies/programs: collateral material, web site, direct mail, print advertising, promotions, communications (internal/external) and media relations 
									 - 
										
Participate in the management and policing of intellectual property 
									 - 
										
Oversee internal design team 
									 - 
										
Oversee and manage advertising, including media buying 
									 - 
										
Provide input as required into product development and pricing 
									 - 
										
Recruit and manage freelancers and agencies as appropriate 
									 - 
										
Make staffing recommendations, manage department, conduct performance appraisals, set performance goals and recommend training 
									 -
